Possum Hill Farms
Possum Hill Farms is a homesteading project by Kimberley Battersby in Junction City, Kansas. The name was inspired by a back country road in Kimberley's home town, Federalsburg, Maryland. Possum Hill Farms raises rabbits and ducks. The goal is to sell products from the animals, which include eggs, meat and pelts. Possum Hill Farms also aims to offer home brewed beer, wine, and mead. They will also have local produce as well as home canned food. Possum Hill Farms is planning to have beehives to hopefully sell honey and honey bi-products to the public. With affordable prices and excellent quality, Possum Hill Farms aims to please customers with the guarantee of perfection.
